About
Hi! I’m Julia, a graduate student of cognitive science and neurobiology and a research assistant here, at the Social Robotics Lab. I am currently involved in research on intuitive collaboration with household robots aimed at improving non-verbal, gesture and gaze based communication with robots in everyday settings. My other scientific interests include neural correlates of error detection (in humans) and spatial cognition (in crickets). When I’m not in the lab I’m most likely hiking.
